Many of my customers find that they are in need of more effective tools to insure the growth and evolution of their sales team. These services can be utilized as a complete package or broken out to fit you specific needs.

Although I have delivered much of the training aspects of this program in a group setting, my customers have found that their Account Executives learn and retain much more of the information during scheduled one-on-one ½ day sessions with me.

One of the products of the one-on-one sessions that I conduct is an in depth assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of each of the Account Executives. These assessments, coupled with individually designed action plans, have been found to be invaluable to both the Account Executives and their Managers relative to company, sales team and personal achievement.

The entire Account Executive Coaching and Mentoring Program is designed to work in concert with your corporate initiative, processes, goals and visions. Each of my customer’s receives a Coaching and Mentoring program that is unique to their specific challenges and ongoing needs. Many of my customers have enlisted my services on a continuing basis in order to insure ongoing motivation and consistent follow-up.

Account Executives

  1. Assist in the Pre-Hire Assessment of your candidates
  2. Develop metrics to be used in measuring Account Executive progress
  3. Assist in the development and training of a sales process to match your companies needs
  4. Development of Quarterly, Semi-Annual and/or yearly Account Executive Assessments
  5. Assist in the development and management of Account Business Plans
  6. Assist in the development of the measurements, processes and activity levels needed to assist in pipeline development resulting in more accurate sales forecasting
