Too often a Sales Manager has been promoted from the ranks of the
sales team only to find that their sales skills are not enough to effectively
manage a group of salespeople.
There are many components of the Sales Manager Coaching and Mentoring
Program. These components can be utilized in total as an overall Sales
Management Coaching and Mentoring Program or they can be broken apart
individually or in any number of combinations.
